I don’t like when people waste my time, and thus I avoid wasting other people’s time.
A proper meeting / call starts with a clear goal, and ends with a clear outcome.
At least most of the time. Sometimes, the outcome isn’t just there yet. You might need another call for it, or another email, and that’s ok.
