Who I am
I cover the full product surface: design, frontend, backend. Best fit when a small team needs one person to take a product end-to-end. Co-founded a hyperlocal delivery live in France; I currently work fulltime for Ilexius on data analysis and business intelligence topics. I also run a systematic trading system at investment.lucasguerin.fr.

- Livrici
Next.js, Postgres (Supabase), Prisma, Stripe. Consumer ordering and driver dispatch (wave-based proximity matching, live state via Upstash). Live in Vannes (France), 3 months in; 10+ partner restaurants, 10+ drivers. My co-founder handles sales and ops; I cover product and engineering.
- Bolto
The existing dashboard worked but lacked product/UX framing in its core flows; brought in to redesign and rebuild them. 3-month engagement; scope was the redesign, shipped and rolled off.
- Youth benefits platform
React. Public side on DSFR (French government design system); back-office was where the engineering lived — one UI surface flexed across 50+ partner configurations with different data shapes and workflows. 12 months; 1M+ users.
- Opentri
React, Node, Postgres, Stripe. Skipped session creation/management from v1; shipped the simplest core flow (browse, schedule) and added management once usage clarified what mattered. 6 weeks to first release; iterated for ~1 year.
